US carrier registration

You may have heard that major US cell phone carriers now require businesses to adhere to new policies aimed at reducing the amount of spam texts and calls their customers receive. As a result, companies using cloud phone providers, such as EkoDial and others, are obligated to register their company with 10DLC in order to send messages to US phone numbers. To complete the registration process, businesses must possess a valid EIN, CCN, or a similar business ID

If you’re in the US or Canada without a business ID, stay tuned for additional registration options from our carrier

Transfer your current phone numbers to EkoDial

Moving your current number to EkoDial? Our team can help you through the process. We can port most US, Canadian, and North American toll-free phone numbers for free, though not all numbers are eligible. We’ll let you know right away if your number can’t be ported

Porting can take 5-10 business days

Porting usually takes 5 to 10 business days. SMS may be disrupted for 24-48 hours after the porting date

There are no service interruptions
